A service offered to Clients for producing a legal exhibit in a set of condominium documents used in the sale of residential, office, commercial, and retail buildings.  These drawings graphically define the saleable area, boundaries of ownership, limited and common elements within a building.

A service offered to Clients for creating Illustrations of floor plans, elevations, and 3 dimensional renderings used by a Client to create marketing packages for the sale or lease of a project, or portions of a project.

A service offered to Clients for assisting with project planning, verification of existing conditions, code research, coordination with local building, zoning and planning agencies, and the development of permit plans for newly built and existing buildings.

A service offered to Clients assisting them with determining what the zoning requirements are for a potential project site to include allowable use, setbacks, building height, floor area, density, number of floors, parking, green-open space and many other zoning related regulations.

A service offered to Clients assisting them with developing a set of as-built permit plans to bring their property and building into compliance with current zoning and building codes; this also is required when a property owner wishes to apply for a change of use when changing from residential use to lodging use for short term rentals.

A service offered to Clients for developing and producing construction document drawings in collaboration with interior and architectural design firms; or when an experienced local architect of record would be required where the project design architect is not licensed locally.
