Recent Design - conceptual & schematic design by Allen G Vandersluis. A new project putting the Perrine Community Urban Center District/ Urban Center District overlays to the test. The project is a 4 story residential apartment building containing 18 new apartment units consisting of, 3 street level studio units, 6/ 1-bedroom/ 1-bathroom units & 9/ 2-bedroom/ 1-bathroom units; click the image to find out more! The project has been submitted for an Administrative Site Plan Review at Miami Dade County's Department of Economic Resources, Building & Zoning department!
Logik Tower
A recent design work makeover of project renderings for this 32-story office tower that was permitted and built to the 5th floor right when the economy crashed in 2007; the remaining structure can still be seen today until a scheduled new project by The Related Group takes its place!
Twin Towers by the River
Recent Designs - designed by Allen G Vandersluis while at Flux Architects for the Public Housing and Community Development agency in Downtown Miami Florida to partner up with developers and create a new Transit Oriented Development (TOD) on county owned prime real estate sites.
