Modernization Renovation at 8250 SW 93 Street, Miami, FL - UNDER CONSTRUCTION
Recent Designs - designed by Allen G Vandersluis, a complete remodel and modernization of a 3,248 SF single-family residence; includes a new Master Bedroom Suite, Kitchen, Laundry Room, Den/ Playroom, Dinning/ Living Room, Foyer and a New Modernized Entry Porch. Currently the project is under construction!
Logik Tower
A recent design work makeover of project renderings for this 32-story office tower that was permitted and built to the 5th floor right when the economy crashed in 2007; the remaining structure can still be seen today until a scheduled new project by The Related Group takes its place!
Twin Towers by the River
Recent Designs - designed by Allen G Vandersluis while at Flux Architects for the Public Housing and Community Development agency in Downtown Miami Florida to partner up with developers and create a new Transit Oriented Development (TOD) on county owned prime real estate sites.
